Hi, I’m Jo – a young passionate home baker and the creative mind behind Jukebox by Jo. When I’m not juggling schoolwork, you can find me experimenting in the kitchen, creating irresistible treats like brownies, blondies, and my signature banana cake that’s won over family and friends alike.
My love for baking started as a simple hobby but quickly grew into a full-blown passion. Inspired by the joy on people’s faces after the first bite of something delicious, I decided to turn my talent into a home baking venture. That’s how Jukebox by Jo was born—a place where every treat is made with care, creativity, and a whole lot of heart.

Beyond baking, I’m also a dedicated pianist, swimmer, and enthusiastic traveler. Exploring new places inspires my creativity and gives me fresh ideas to incorporate into my baking—whether it’s a unique flavor combination or a cultural twist.
I also have hands-on experience in the media and production space, having worked on the backend and front-end production of multiple music videos. This journey has taught me valuable skills in creativity, collaboration, and attention to detail, which I carry into every aspect of Jukebox by Jo.

Everything was too good especially the Brownies were super chocolaty and fudgy. The banana cake was also good. Coming to my favorite part, the Blondies it just melts in my mouth. I would definitly repurchase the Blondies.

The brownies had a perfect blend of rich dark checalate and sweetness. I enjoyed the fudgy texture topped with crunchy walnuts, making it an ideal breakfast on the go or a tasty late night snack!
